The first image is in Adelaide, Franklin Street, with the Post office tower
in the background.

The second is in Ballarat. If you squint, you can see the sign of CB
Retallack in the background. At one point CBR had premises in Sturt Street
near Grenville. (See link attached). So, it's possibly there.
