That is still under active consideration. A committee has been formed to produce a white paper on the subject to present to the relevant authorities. The main hold up is that a decision will have to be made as to how many Cert 4s the person will require, what subjects they will be in and then a suitable RTO will need to be identified to deliver the training. There will also need to be some research done into the correct type of bell and flag and then tenders will have to be called. Then of course there are the W.H.&S. considerations.
