I chose Wynyard and Parliament because they were both the last stations before suburbia when trains are likely to be already as full as possible.
To assess Townhall, I would have to find a similar station in Melbourne ’s underground which has a lot of people alighting and boarding.
Even so if Town Hall takes 55 seconds to board, that’s only 15 seconds longer than the Parliament average which I witnessed.
