I noticed today that the 'air gap' at the end of Charmers Street has been
welded over. It looks like the route is clear to Town Hall. I walked the
route and could see no obstructions. A run to Town Hall will be imminent.

I note that the switch to APS sign at Town Hall has it's arrow the
wrong way around - it's showing a pantograph raising when it should be
showing a pantograph lowering.
