I would support Labor on public transport in WA and ACT for example, where
they have a good record. In NSW they need to stay out of office for a very
long time until they wake up and get their act together. Federally they're
untrustworthy and with too much other baggage. Albanese is
just opportunistically fishing for votes without any real policy. These two
projects are already on the books in NSW waiting in a very
substantial queue of transport projects.

There's nothing about freeways here, the Princes Hwy is a two-lane rural
highway, an excellent one but with too many incompetent drivers on it who
have bad accidents. The "upgrade" is about making accident black-spots
safer and more idiot-proof. I wouldn't argue with that.
