G'day all, well this is a real head scratcher ! I have a bee in my bonnet
about fleet/road numbers.

The new Newcastle tram on it's way down south to Oz already has it's fleet
number 2151 proudly painted /applied on the roofline.

Wondering why they chose 2151, could have been just 001.

The Varios when they arrived had their numbers on already, but the GCLR
trams & the X05s didn't till later.

Why is this ? The new Canberra trams have their numbers applied after
arrival too.

I know it's not really that important in the general scheme of things, but
those of us pedantic enough for details get a bit mift!

Me thinks I see a trip up north in the coming months. (The wife's gonna
love that, not !)

At least I have free accommodation at my auntie's place.

Gotta go now & have a bex and a good lie down.
