The bus stop is a terminus for all GC buses but not all Tweed Heads buses as some pass through Coolangatta to access Tweed Heads West and beyond.

I doubt I will live long enough to see trams get that far.

The GC buses cross the border at present but I forget if there are ticketing formalities for travel across the border.
