TOORAK RD WEST 13.6.17
  Richard Youl

Just in from Andrew C.

"A few photos from today. Concrete pouring is working its way down the hill..

194 Some works happening at night but nothing noisy.

232 About a three metre shaft vertical shaft lined with reinforcing. Maybe concrete lined.

233 Electrical conduit was buried towards the westbound side of Toorak Road..

234 "I said measure it in metres, not yards”. [2 bites at the cherry for works road markings!]

236 The dual left turning slip lane was very dangerous to St Kilda Road cyclists as cars cut across cyclists' path. It has gone and the area is being filled and leveled.

237 The Arnold Street island has been removed. Many cars would turn right from the street and end up facing the wrong way in Toorak Road, stopping at the pedestrian line and waiting for traffic lights that they could not see change.”

Regards,
