RE: A fresh puzzle for you

Beat me to the punch. I checked out my 1934 Gregory's reprint to be sure. The boundaries of Victoria Park were Joynton Ave (with Elizabeth St and the Zetland/Rosebery line joining it there). This was the entrance (western side). Some buildings survived the BMC Navy Stores etc till today. The one I have in mind can be seen from J Ave. - Tote? The southern boundary was Epson Rd, whilst the eastern boundary, was Dowling St - as a track and the precursor to O'Dea Ave (Ernie was a typical 1950s Labor polly) was a sort of track, with the tram line in it. (No concrete then). The Gregory's has Victoria Park Racecourse (quite large) on page 11, while facing it on page 12 are Randwick and Kensington Racecources. The pages beneath (south) , 23 and 24, contain Rosebery (Park) and Ascot Racecourses. Randwick had the massive tramway platform system , Ascot had a number of sidings (on line via NSW Public Library), Rosebery had trams parked in the adjacent sand sidings. How did Victoria Park cope? Did a line of (Zetland) trams park in Joynton Ave, with the Rosebery service somehow coping?
