According to the copious notes, it was 383 and it had the American K35 at
one end only.

The EE gear used on some F1s appeared to be an RC1 remote power barrell
with a remote reverser. This suggests possible MU operation.I saw one at St
Kilda years ago and the case was smaller than a RC1 and it had an EE handle.
