The attached postcard shows Tuffi falling out of a Danglebahn car. I agree with John, an interesting and not to be missed transport experience. One pleasant memory is of the gentle swaying of the cars whilst waiting to depart.

These are not the types of cars that Tuffi took exception to. Unlike me, Tuffi was treated to ride on an original. Local vendors sell postcards of a car with a crudely pasted photo of an elephant hanging out of it!

Wuppertal is an adventure in urban transport unlike any other and definitely not to be missed.
