Both the attached image show the result of a rather hurried approach to grabbing a pic - more camera shake.

My source (A Non E Mous) reckons that he may have picked up the reason in the second pic (at Pakington St.)

The car at right has the door wide open - likely evidence of a hasty stop and rush to the centre of the road to get the pic.

Mal Rowe - not likely to try that trick in today's traffic
