Hi Graeme
Would you mind if we used a copy of you great story and the pictures of 47
at Newtown in various displays?
It's this sort of first hand story telling which give substance to our
activities and life to the artefacts. Have any more - that was a gem!
Also to answer your earlier question on the Wanganui Trams. Number 10, the
California Combination body is on display (abet un-restored) and Wanganui
trailer number 21 (think you referred to 14) is in storage pending
completion of restoration at some point in the future.
