Aaah, of course, I didn't think about heavy rail (sound of hitting self in
forehead)!

What about tramways crossing other, seperate systems? Apart from VR/MMTB
Parramatta steam trams come to mind, the Wharf company crossing the
government line for a while. Any others? I'm not thinking about the pre-MMTB
systems in Melbourne, i.e. Prahran and Malvern with Hawthorn Tramways
Trusts, etc...
