No, not at all. I've just been sitting on the side of the street
watching the trams go by. Better to shut up and listen in the
circumstances. I am sorry if some of you took what I said in a way
that was not intended.
If you will recall the time at which I posted message #516, Kiwis
were getting a real pasting over the Ansett affair, I thought quite
unfairly and with too much reliance on press hysteria (as they always
do). I was certainly on the defensive - but if you care to check I
did not say some of the things alleged.
And in my own defence I think I have contributed at least as many
(hopefully slightly interesting - even if NZ!) pics to this group as
most. I'd like to continue doing that.
As Greg suggests, let's get on with trams!
