This is a particular shame as a group has just
returned from there earlier this year saying the trams were safe with plans for
rebuilding the depots and they had already produced a new tram (albeit along
older lines), they had also negotiated for track work to be done, they must have
had a very sudden change of heart yet again as, they were threathened with
extrinction before with some lines closing, this looks awfully final
though.

I guess the current "back to rails" trend has not reached the Indian continent!
