Hi, gang!
I've started a new PhillyTraction discussion group on Yahoogroups.
[Philly Traction] is a Yahoogroups discussion group on the history,
current operations and the future of electric rail transit in
Philadelphia and its surrounding area.
In this forum, you can discuss such things as:
A. Philadelphia Transit Company, and SEPTA
B. The Red Arrow Lines--Philadelphia Suburban Transit Co.
C. The Philadelphia & Western, and today's Norristown Line
D. The various Philadelphia streetcar types
E. Diesel, gas and trackless trolley purchases
F. Market-Frankford El, Broad Street Subway and PATCO
G. Future planning
H. SEPTA's electric commuter rail operations and its predecessors
I. Lehigh Valley Transit Liberty Bell Ltd. interurbans
J. Suburban streetcar systems\
K. Ex-Philly PCCs in San Francisco and elsewhere
L. Fairmount Park Trolley
M. Employee and observer remembrances
N. Atlantic City streetcars
