* Z1.53 had a bad derailment at about 12.30 while
turning into High St from Glenferrie Rd. The back bogie derailed and
travelled some distance before the tram hit a parked van on the side of the
road. My mother was lucky enough to be present just after it happened, and
kindly took some photos which will be uploaded later tonight. I have no
other details, however I am told that there was an item on the news about
it.
