We don't hear much about Sydney's very small modern tram system. Iwould

New Year's Eve I worked a normal night shift 18:00/02:00. (Most
01:45were rostered on compulsory 10 hour shifts). Was relieved about
Starand the driver who took over struck trouble about 02:30. Between
shoppingCity and John Street Square, whilst in the deep cutting, a
thetrolley was dropped on to the tram. The panto was ripped off and
time.overhead damaged. Services were delayed for some considerable
run.
