Because the tram is a piece of KROP.
One former ex senior trainer at GH asked a Malvern trainer what the tram is
like to drive, and I'm told he stood waving his arms about swearing and
moaning for a good couple of minutes. The response included a good number
of words that started with `f' and ended in 'uck', and it wasn't
`firetruck'.
I've only driven one a distance of 100m, so I haven't got the experience to
comment. :D
