Had a look at the Docklands loop yesterday. It appears pretty much
complete. The rails have a tiny bit of shine on them - don't know if
this is from a tram or just construction trolleys.
Some of the stops already have the circular burgundy coloured "Board
City Circle Trams Here" signs erected and visible, but there are no
traditional tram stop signs yet. Looks like its really close to
opening. Perhaps we should be taking our final route 35 (city circle)
rides and photos along Spencer Street before this route is diverted.
