The W2 looks fantastic in maroon (sorry about the size of the 3/4 shot) - I am
still undecided about the RAAF colour scheme- it certainly would look much
better with the recruitment sign writing that these trams had in the 1950's- I
have seen a good colour photo of a SW6 (I think) in this colour scheme in
about
1954 and it looked fantastic.

I wonder what will be next from the creative livery department at Bendigo-
perhaps a tram done up in the War Bonds / Victory Loans livery of the late
1940's????

I think that in brighter and higher sunlight the blue colors of the 2001
would look better. But in the early morning or late evening light, as these
pictures depict, the 2001 looks like a "purple people eater". LOL
