There are several clues here:
* By virtue of the fact it is facing the tennis/basketball court it is obviously a static exhibit or at least privately owned. No terminus I am aware of looks like this!
* By virtue of the fact it is a Z1, it will be one of the ex-M>trams Z1s, fairly recent too given the Metcard stickers are still on the front side next to the door.
* I would hesitate a guess that if I were to go back through the archives looking for a who bought a single digit Z1 from M>Tram recently I would find who the buyer was.
Without doing so I would speculate it is the Grollo tram, quite possibly at his Thornbury property.
Am I close?
