* At around 9.30 the overhead at Flemington Bridge
was pulled down, affecting Rt 57 services. Z3.165 and Z3.120 suffered
damaged pantographs, with at least one needing to be towed back to Essendon;
this was probably done with Z3.176. NBC buses 233 and 242 were used as
tram replacements, as it was likely that the overhead would not be restored
until the afternoon.
