If he's not asking for money, we, as individuals, should make a donation if we
download it. I admire his output greatly and I know he is responsible for the
publication of a huge number of works, many of which we reference frequently.

Found a copy of the issue - the map is classic SPER style - which I
think means it would have been drawn by Ken McCarthy. It is not a
reprint of a 1920's map. For that, see my posting inthe files area.
Do any Sydney TDU members have contacts with SPER to see what their
policy is?
I note that Dr Harold Cox has recently published the entire content
of "The Birney Car" on the web as it was mot economical to re-
print. How about some policy on this matter from our valued
publishers?
