It's not so surprising for books to be higher overseas. 37.50 USDpaperback is a wee bit steep, but not unknown for books OoP.

Things don't always go badly for us outlanders. I bought some of
KeenanISydney tramways books from Alibris (used but immaculate) for muchless than theARHS price, and without having to pay international postage. Had
known, Iascould have got a clean copy of the Southeastern volume from them
well,ininstead of the water-damaged one purchased from a used bookshop
Oz. Nothinggrabbedagainst the bookseller - the volume was out of print and I
for it. Nornothing against ARHS, they've been exemplary. Alibris having thebooks in stockwas just fortuitous.
