A few notes from today.
* B2.2079 was transferred to PWS this evening, with B2.2073 being taken
from Preston depot to Southbank as replacement.
* C.3001 was noted back at Southbank, with at least one new (no logos)
panel installed.
* Z1.11 was noted sitting on a low loader awaiting transportation.
* Z1.27 was noted towing Z1.78 along Brunswick Street heading to Preston
around 2015.
* Roadworks on Victoria Street near the Victoria Gardens shopping centre
forced traffic onto the tram tracks from about 0900 this morning,
causing significant delays to Up 109 services. At least one "109 Port
Melbourne" was seen turning from Flinders Street into Spencer Street,
into Collins St, to then shunt to go to Port Melbourne.
* A couple of 10 year olds were reported to have been throwing rocks at
passing trams near Albert Park crossing on the 96 this afternoon.
Reported to the police, but unknown if they were caught.

Also, to clarify on trams running over the Collins St extension bridge,
112 services do NOT run over the bridge (separation has not happened),
but there are some 11's running from West Preston in the morning peak
which do. How many, I don't know, but a look at the timetable might give
some clues :-)

Cheers for now,
