An MMTB Timetable of Feb 1922 shows the Hawthorn Bge - Hawthorn
Shuttle Tram as only needing 1 car in service, (15 mins peak, 20 mins
other times), so maybe the bang road movement to and from the Depot at
the start and end of service was performed.

The through Electric service between Spencer St & Hawthorn began
4/12/1927, (good date!), but the crossover in Riversdale Rd just east
of Power St was not provided till 17/3/1931. So what they did with
cars running in/out for the 3 1/2 years is open to speculation.
