Actually, you might be surprised at how many people have some really cool maps.
It is regrettable that NZMS didn't publish a 1:25,000 series for Dunedin, as
they did for the three other main centres. If your brother is interested, maybe
he could nose around town some day to see what old maps might lie in libraries
or government agencies.
