Adelaide O-Bahn critic?

In perusing the Feb. 1997 issue of 'Light Rail & Modern Tramway', I noticed a
letter raising rather substantial criticisms of the Adelaide O-Bahn (guided
busway) by one Barry Fox, an Adelaide commuter who writes that he has used
the system "literally thousands of times".

I have been somewhat frustrated in trying to obtain information on the
Adelaide "guided busway". Can anyone on the list put me in contact with Mr.
Fox?
