Tram troubles

Around 1:30pm today 2065 flipped its panto at the corner of Albert &
Nicholson Sts inbound to the city. 2124 was trapped behind it, it
eventually ran bangroad back around the corner into Victoria
Pde/Latrobe St. All other inbound trams were routed down Victoria
Pde/Latrobe St.
The Tramway Recovery vehicle arrived about 2:00pm and proceeded to
throw a length of webbing over the panto and threaded it through the
upper windows of the tram to hold the panto down for towing. It didn't
look terribly secure.
Just as they had finished, a Thiess tower truck rolled up and removed
the webbing, raised the overhead and flipped the panto into its normal
parked position. 2065 was then rolled across Albert St and the
recovery vehicle then towed it away. All back to normal by about
2:30pm.
