Methinks yet another down side to the privatisation stupidity. In
Government days, the Government wore the risk not a private insurance
company who are merely out for blood and citing you know what date last
year.
If the risk is unacceptably high, it doesn't matter who bears the
risk, they will necessarily be forced to do whatever is necessary to
