Hi, gang!
Recently, Montpellier's transit agency, TAM, began a program of lengthening
its trams to 8-axle cars by adding another bogie section and suspended
section. 2029, shown here at the Antigone arts center, is one of several
which have been converted. This makes them the same length as the Citadis
in Lyon, which you'll see in Image 4. Photo, 21 Oct 02. (Please forgive
the generally rotten day, which I hear is very unusual for Montpellier.)
