Tram News & Other Sightings 30.10

Trams:
* A Malvern senior driver advised me she drove a W
from GH to Preston, fitting in with sightings noted by others. No trams at
GH have track brakes fitted, however two were having work done on them, and I
suspect these were the ones transferred yesterday.
* Due to a problem at GH, trams did not run out
until about 5.30am. The first run out is scheduled at 4.56am.
Other:
* A85-X37 passed down through Caulfield at 14.53,
hauling 2 containers and about 20 empty flat wagons.
