Tram books, Sydney and otherwise

As a step in my ascent from benighthood, I am now the proud possessor of two
out-of-print David R Keenan Sydney tramway books:
-Ryde Line
-Southeastern Lines
(One of these has water damage, but sometimes you take what you can get.)
Plus, have on order from the ARHS bookshop the following in print:
-The Tramways of Sydney
-The City Lines
-The Manly Lines
-The Watson's Bay Lines
-The Rockdale & Enfield Lines
-The South-Western Lines
-The Western Lines
What's missing from the list? I know there's the North Shore Lines, which may
be a bit tough to come upon.
Also recently acquired: "Melbourne's Tramways in 1974"
And I've had for ages "Brisbane, the Last Decade" and "First Stop Central",
plus volume 1 of "A Century of NSW Tramcars" which is NOT by David R Keenan -
how in the world was that allowed to happen?
As to choice of bookshop: sorry, Demondriver, I'm sure the folks at the Railfan
shop in Melbourne are wonderful people, but they aren't set up for internet
sales overseas.
