Collins St Extension.

For all you people that make note of these things, today at 1015, the
first car to traverse the new Collins St extension (and bridge) was
Citadis 3021. This was to test the track and overhead, The power was
emediately cut again after it was completed. No idea when service is
to start, suspect the rest of the track on the otherside needs
completing first.
