Actually, there are a couple of shots of trams, genuine, in Puckle
street, There is a cafe in the shoping centre behind Puckle St (the
mall on the northern side) that has such photos on the wall, the was
another similar shop opposite with other scenes but this one is
closed for remodelling, they are amongst other phots of the Moonee
Ponds area and a couple actually show trams in Puckle street and the
junction quite clearly.

Whilst on the subject of unknown photos, has anyone thought of the
fact that no shot has ever (to my knowledge anyway) be shown of VR
trams crossing Carlisle st St. Kilda I have several movies (Jim
Seletto films) and have seen numerous shots of cars crossing the Pt
Ormond line and the 16 in front of the station but never at Carlisle
st and what a shot it could have been, with that picture theater in
the back ground!
