At first glance the new cars DO look like the old "two rooms and a
bath" design ... two single truckers with a compartment slung
between them.

However, when you look more carefully at the (excellent!!) plans
provided by Graeme, it is apparent that the cars must be an
articulated body on two bogie trucks. ie the trucks are able to
pivot beneath the end sections. That seems to be the only
explanation of the radius of the circular joint shown at the
articulation points.

Does anyone have any more technical details on the trucks?
