Tram News 17.9

* Z3.209 is now in a white and cherry red livery advertising Mentos.

* At about 10.15 Z3.159 was seen at Domain Interchange at the bottom of the
Rt 55 shunt shut down and locked up. About 50 mins later it was seen being
attended to by mechanics.

* At about 13.45, the boom gates at Glenhuntly rail square became stuck
down, drivers were instructed to call FOC upon arrival there for
instructions.

* In the morning, there were a total of 9 GH trams at Preston Workshops.
Z1.80 was transferred back to GH in the afternoon.

* A1.253 was seen at 17.04 at the corner of Bourke & Swanston St running a
dn Rt 86 service.
