Hi Graeme,

Long time no see.

Since you've been back to the old sod are there any trolley buses still working in New Zealand?

Did any of the old trolley buses have the English two pedal system where left pedal is the accelerator and right one is the brake?

Do you still work on the buses or trams in Melbourne, Graeme?

If so, for whom?

Thanks for the invitation to add yet another Egroup to my list.

Wondered where you had got to and what you were up to, Bob.....

Are we starting the Essendon depot "Old Boy's Reunion" Here ?

While on the subject of W2's, heres one that escaped the gunzels.
436 seen on the  wharf at Wellington bymy brother, couple of years ago.
This car is now in a factory in Masterton in the Wairarapa with an undisclosed future.
I called in to see it in June, and apart from some broken windows, the car is complete and is sitting on its own trucks on a concrete floor. One bumper and the poles are stored inside,
