Steepest Grade on the MMTB?

For a moment lets put Yarra & M>Tram back to the MMTB, and let me ask this question?

What is the steepest grade on the tramway network at present?

When I was "Trammie" in my Kermit uniform the steepest grade was reported at Gardiner on the up, just after you cross the railway line, (72 Route), I left the trams in 92 and went to the Railways. There have been a lot of changes and new track since my time, and when I was in Melbourne the other day, I took a look at the new extension that is going from Collins street over the railway line, It looks like this would now be the steepest grade.

Has anyone got any ideas or thoughts on this subject?
