Z 42 has a damaged pantograph. It was the tram involved in the derailment
at Domain interchange a few weeks ago and has been under inspection by Work
Cover since.

Spotted Z 42 towing Z 3 in William Street, at Collins Street, at 1307

Interestring that 42 was operating with a trolley pole. The
pantograph (at the front of the car) was down, possibly damaged.
Z 3 is one of the three cars rumoured to have been sold for scrap
recently. Its pantograph was down.
I suspect 42 was towing 3 to Preston Workshops.
A very interesting lunch time observation.
