As during the week they can only run as many Citadis as they have qualified
drivers.
Yarra did roster some extras and was going to monitor to see if more were
needed but we just dont have drivers sitting around that we can just send
out with such short notice.

Afaik the cruise ship line did not inform Yarra of its open day.
