Australasians) Auckland by the Victoria Government and commenced
service in Auckland 1982. During 1997-2001 complete rebuilt to 1970's
(essentially as received) condition. This is one of (about 3?) of the
60 cars built by Holden to remain more or less in "final Melborne"
condition as opposed to those that have been buggered about or taken
back to an ealrier state.
SW2 436 is not in Wellington, not operational, not on display. It is
at Masterton (some distance Nth of Wellington). It is on un-motored
trucks and its owner, who does not wish to be identified, most

W2 244 operates on the Christchurch (heritage) Tramway.
Surprise surpise! PETS stands for Perth Electric Tramway Society.
