Only the top half of your picture came through.

Whilst on the subject of remants, I thought I would post a couple of
pics from my Adelaide trip in March this year. This pic shows the
intersection of North Terrace and Pulteney St on a lazy Sunday
morning. This intersection used to have a three-way tramway junction.
Many of the ornate span poles still exist, as can be seen in this
photo. Sorry about the slight distortion, but I reduced the size of
the photo, as it was originally about 300kB.

PS- Back in Melbourne, other 'remnants' can be the former Coburb Tram
Depot, span poles on the Point Ormond Route, as well as the odd pole
on other abandoned trackage. I am sure there are any number of remants
you can find if you know where to look. One interesting on was the
points for 1 and 2 roads (I think) at Malvern Depot that showed
'Brisbane Tramways', when I was last there in 1990. I understand this
was one set of surplus stock sold to Melbourne after the closure of
the Brisbane undertaking.
