Another Yank (ex-Brit) checking in, this time with a complaint. Is this rumour? If so, should it be something to be repeated publicly on a list group such as this? My own opinion is probably not, especially as on the face of it you are touching on a sensitive matter. On the other hand, if this is not rumour but fact, then I am uncomfortable with being "teased" about what looks to be a most interesting development.

Jeff, do you or anyone else have any hard information about this, how it came about and what will happen a) if it goes through, b) if it doesn't go through?

And what is happening at Bylands at the moment?
