It is amazing how long this all is reported to take, given that Lyon
built an entire 19 km 2 line tram system in 3 years!

This is dependent on them getting the track put down
and the overhead strung up, etc. They should worry
about that first! They can put a wooden platform there
as a temporary stop until they build the proper stop.
Also at Nelson and Elgar Road stops.
