Box Hill tram terminus super stop: will it open on schedule?

Today I had a look at the location of the future tram terminus at Box
Hill and could not see any evidence of a commencement of work. The
Yarra Trams web site says the stop will be completed by September. In
the time taken to construct the Victoria Parade superstop is any
indication there will need to be some smart work to get Box Hill
completed on time.
