About 12.20 today I encountered the new tramway cleaning truck RPH
723 working toward the city in Commercial Road.
It was working in Hi rail mode, had flashing lights, arrows....the
lot !!!
Was making about 15 / 20 kph , holding up and confusing all the
traffic.
Bonus was on the way back from Gardenvale, I ran across it a second
time !!!
It has a rail axle in front of the steering wheels, and a small
centre rail wheel with brushes all wizzing around as it goes along.

Is this the one with Theiss all over it?
