hold your breath) get around to finishing the last section which
links Flinders St west to old Footscray Rd/Bourke St ext. Rte 48 was
meant to extend around the "loop" and LaTrobe St to Vic
Pde/Brunswick St.

I crossed over the Kingsway/Sturt St Junction today, the turned in
the new junction seem to have been filled, don't know how a tram
get around them with out derailing.

What is the go with the waterfront line? It was put in ages ago,
overhead and all, but trams are blocked from using it. In fact,
entire section has been covered over with pebbles. What was thepoint
in building this section of line if there is no intention of usingit?
